Snapshotz delivers detailed reports to empower you to deliver better CX and benchmarks your organization against over 2500 worldwide enterprises.

Once the assessment process is completed we’ll deliver detailed reports showing what you’re doing great and where you could do better. For example, you can make notes and assign tasks for tracking at a later stage with the task management report. You also have the option to compare progress from one assessment period to another and different teams or geographical units across the organisation and over time. The data on the reports is customised and private, arming you with the power to improve your CX delivery. All our reports are included in the purchase price of your Snapshotz licence.
